Credit Hire Specialist / Litigator - Full time £25k - £35k

Job Summary

Bank View Solicitors are searching for experienced Credit Hire Specialists in their Road Traffic Accident department. The role will be undertaken in a professional environment so will require a professional appearance and demeanour.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1) Claimant experience
2) Defendant experience
3) Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies
4) Be up-to-date with relevant and recent case law concerning Credit Hire

Essential Skills

Experience of handling RTA files and a knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules;
A working understanding of the MOJ Portal process;
Experience in dealing with Credit Hire files;
The ability to provide a high level of client care;
The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, in a team or on their own.

Desirable Skills

Be proficient with Proclaim Case Management, although in-depth training will be provided.
5 GCSEs A to C, or equivalent, including Maths, English Language and ICT.
Previous experience in civil litigation claims handling / as a legal fee earner or suitably qualified (ILEX, LPC etc);

RTA Fee Earner- Full time £25k

Job Summary

The successful candidate must possess 5+ years previous experience in civil litigation claims handling and an in-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.  The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, in a team or on their own.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

RTA Litigation Executive - Full time £30k+

Job Summary

Do you possess at least 5+ years of experience in claims handling and have a thorough knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules? Bank View are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive to join an ever expanding team of Solicitors and fee earner.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1) Claimant experience with a focus on Litigation;
2) Experience in dealing with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies;

Conveyancing Executive - Full time £25k+

Job Summary

The successful candidate must possess 5+ years in handling Conveyancing matters and be Qualified Solicitor or a Licenced Conveyancer. The role demands an ability to demonstrate a good working relationship with clients and estate agents.
 

The ideal candidate must have the following:

1) Extensive experience within Residential and Commercial Property;
2) Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, both registered and unregistered;
3) Ability to deal with matters from start to end, including opening files, advising clients on the process of buying and selling, conducting searches, drafting contracts, liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors and handling completion and post completion duties.

Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Full time

Job Summary

You will be working within a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of clients. This is a modern thinking multi-disciplinary practice of Solicitors, excellent opportunities available to join this very progressive practice.
 

Expectations

1. Welcoming visitors to Bank View Solicitors, ensuring their point of contact is notified immediately.
2. Accepting incoming calls and directing them accordingly.
3. Offering visitors refreshments whilst they wait.
4. Dealing with all incoming calls.
5. Dealing with overnight voicemail messages and ensure they are forwarded to the correct person before 9am daily.
6. General housekeeping of the Reception area and meeting rooms.
7. Ensuring reception area always has reading material and refreshments are well stocked.
8. Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy.

Essential Skills

1. Minimum 2 years experience as a Receptionist.
2. Experience of using a busy switchboard.
3. Competent IT user.
4. Well presented.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
6. Ability to use own initiative.
7. Must be able to demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy skills.

The tasks required may be split between Switchboard operators, dealing with high volumes of calls, general reception and back of house, also includes arranging travel requests, meet and greet clients, room set up and catering.
