Bank View Advocacy operates like an in-house set of chambers and has a dedicated clerking team.
We accept instruction directly, as well as through Bank View Solicitors. We can offer our services for telephone or in-person court hearings; in all courts across England and Wales.
We are also able to assist you with your drafting requirements and provide advice on issues such as liability or quantum. The majority of instructions are accepted on a CFA basis but considered on a case-by-case basis.
