We offer a fixed fee service and can assist you with the sale, purchase or re-mortgage of your home and can arrange to carry out searches, valuations from as little at £350 plus VAT (at 20%) plus Disbursements.

We do not want you to have any unwanted surprises during the course of your transaction so we will give you an estimate of likely costs and disbursements before you decide to instruct us.
