We are committed to transparency in our pricing. We understand that legal matters can involve significant costs, and we strive to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of the expenses associated with their cases.

Our fees are competitive and reflect the skill and expertise of our legal team.

We provide regular updates on costs throughout the legal process, keeping clients fully informed about any charges incurred. Our aim is to deliver exceptional legal services while ensuring clients receive the best possible value for their investment.

What we will do for you

  • obtain full instructions required from you to make an application to the Home Office
  • guide you to collate evidence required to support your case
  • prepare your application for submission
  • submit your application to the Home Office
  • arrange any legal representation required for any tribunal hearing

We will normally be able to submit most applications within 2-4 weeks of you instructing us.  However,  we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.  Please note that our fees do not cover appeal assistance if an application is refused.

How long will my case take?

It is difficult to estimate exactly how long the Home Office will take to process your application.  The government's website provides some guidance on visa processing times and can be found here.  Please note that times vary dependent upon whether the application is made within the UK or outside.  Processing times often are based upon the complexity of the case.

Factors influencing the length and cost of your case

Several factors may affect the overall length and cost of your case, including:

  • Providing information that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or not translated.
  • Delays in supplying requested documentation or information.
  • Unforeseen issues related to your immigration history, personal circumstances, or financial situation that were not previously disclosed.
  • The complexity of the application.
  • Urgent deadlines requiring expedited work.

We strive to provide clear and transparent pricing and operate on a fixed-fee basis for the services listed in this guide. A fixed fee means the agreed amount remains unchanged, regardless of the outcome of the application.
